Purchases made from our regular new inventory may be exchange if returned within 90 days of the initial date of purchase and accompanied with the original sales receipt and any and all original packaging, warranties, and display materials supplied at the time of the sale, and the item or items have not been altered in any way from their original state.

Customized or altered items are not returnable or exchangeable. Items made to order are not exchangeable. Special order items are not returnable.

Layaways are cancelable within the first 30 days of the layaway as long the item is not a custom order, special order, or has not been altered from its original state by the time the layaway is canceled. Layaways are non-cancelable and non-returnable after 30 days of the initial opening of the layaway. Layaways must be kept current by regular monthly payments and be paid in full within 10 months of the opening of the layaway. Failure to keep the layaway current may result in forfeiture of funds paid toward the layaway. All layaway items remain the property of Francis J. Jewelers until they are paid in full.

All consignment sales are final and may not be returned for exchange or refund.

All sales of pre-owned jewelry are final and may not be returned for exchange or refund.

All sales of items on clearance are final and may not be returned for exchange or refund.

Any accepted return that does not fully meet the guidelines of this policy may be charged a 25% restocking fee.
